  1. Put water, macaroni, salt and butter in pressure cooker and stir.
  2. Set pressure cooker on manual for 4 minutes. Manual release (quick release when done cooking.
  3. Remove lid and set pot on saute.
  4. Add whipping cream to desired consistency and stir.
  5. Slowly add cheese as it melts.
  6. ENJOY!!!!!!!
