I made it last year and it was a very good alternate to French Onion Soup![seo_recipe id=”118260″] Wegmans just posted an Irish Cheddar coupon for KerryGold brand or Dubliner brand. I cant remember what type of Irish Cheddar I used last year, but I am going to try the KerryGold this year!Still trying to decide what else to make with it since my boys do not like Corned Beef and Cabbage! I am an Irish girl living within a household of Italian men and boys so Corned Beef and Cabbage is not on the top of their list regardless if they are part Irish!What type of St Patricks Day Recipes will you be making this weekend?
