Using Essential Oils — What are they and how you can save on them!!

Are any of you using Essential Oils already?

I bet many of you are saying…what exactly ARE Essential Oils and what do they do? I have heard about them but do they work? Maybe you have heard of all the great wellness benefits of essential oils but when you saw the price, you thought you would wait to try them?? I have been using them for a couple years and I love them!  AND of course I am purchasing them at way less than retail and will be doing posts to show how everyday use saves your household money and is healthier!! What Are Essential Oils?

Essential oils are the oil of the plant from which they were extracted. Basically essential oils are concentrated herbs! The oils contain all of the greatness that protects and maintains the plant, and we can use them to help support our own bodies’ health and wellness.

There are many different kinds of oils out there, and they all have different properties and uses. From well-known plants like Rosemary and Orange to unusual and exotic ones like Helichrysum and Ravintsara, there’s a huge range to choose from – and they each provide all sorts of different benefits and uses.

When my friend sent me info about an Essential Oils Facebook Event, I said oh why not learn? What can it hurt if its going to help myself and my family? I was aware of the craze that was starting to happen with essential oils but I am not a craze follower– LOL. I was truly inquisitive in how they could help us live more naturally. And oh boy, have I learned ALOT in the last 2 years!!
