This is a quick healthy dinner that is easy on your budget and can add any types of items you have in your refrigerator!!
If you forgot to take your chicken out of the freezer to thaw, you can still cook it on the stove top. You just need to put butter and some seasonings of your choice (I use minced garlic, salt and pepper) in your pan and cover the pan and start cooking on medium flame until the chicken is thawed enough to cut. Then just put it back in the pan. Use meat tenderizer sprinkled on the top to keep the chicken from being tough or chewy when cooking frozen!
